Bookings and deposits
Group and retreat bookings are confirmed by a proposal and held by a deposit. Final guest numbers, room mix, food plan, and any extras are confirmed in the weeks before arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in your proposal. Deposits and the cancellation window vary with group size and dates — we'll make them clear before you commit.
On the land
This is a working garden in the countryside. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for following reasonable guidance from our team during their stay and on excursions.
